Daniella Health and Wellness Spa Sale

In April 2003, Healthcare Transactions Group closed the purchase of Daniella Health and Wellness Spa, Bonita Springs, Florida on behalf of The Aevium Group, a startup company for the development and operation of Medical Day Spas.  Healthcare Transactions Group initiated the purchase and provided advisory services to Aevium, the buyer.  This closing represents Healthcare Transactions Group’s first successful transaction in the growing Healthy Living and Alternative Medicine field.
