Principal – Seasoned Healthcare M&A Practitioner
Our President, Mark Davis, MUP, MBA, is a nationally recognized healthcare M&A professional with over thirty years of experience evaluating and representing companies for sale and negotiating and executing transactions, particularly in the post-acute sector. He takes pride foremost in his advisory role to clients and transactions, more than being solely a pitchman for deals. Before founding the Healthcare Transactions Group in 1996, Mark orchestrated $2 billion in mergers and acquisitions for a publicly-traded healthcare company. Mr. Davis began his career in the public sector doing regional health care planning. Mark regularly speaks at industry conferences. He has also been a guest lecturer in healthcare mergers and acquisitions at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Graduate Program in Aging Studies.
