coordination. This can typically be structured on an hourly or a contingency fee basis or a
combination of both. We can act also as a Closing Coordinator, which involves
overseeing and directing all facets of a deal to closing. The compensation for this
engagement is a hybrid formula: It involves an initial hourly fee up to a maximum;
once the maximum is reach, then the remainder of the fee is contingent upon closing the
deal and thus the remainder of the fee is paid at closing.
