Healthcare Transactions Group, Inc., Reisterstown, MD, is pleased to announce the successful sale of Capstone Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 120-bed licensed skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, N.Y. and Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, an 80-bed licensed skilled nursing facility in Castleton-on-Hudson, N.Y. The sale transaction, arranged by Healthcare Transactions Group, closed on October 1, 2015.
Mark Davis, of Healthcare Transactions Group, served as healthcare mergers and acquisition advisor to the seller, a Chicago, IL-based not-for-profit Catholic health care organization.
Healthcare Transactions Group, Inc. initiated the transaction, identified the buyer and assisted in the negotiations. The buyer was a New York-based group that operates other skilled nursing facilities in the state.
