Healthcare Transactions Group Negotiates Sale of Three North Carolina Skilled Nursing Facilities

Healthcare Transactions Group negotiated the sale of three Skilled Nursing Facilities in North Carolina, totaling 297 licensed beds, including Concordia Transitional Care & Rehabilitation, Henderson, Concordia Transitional Care & Rehabilitation-Rose Manor, Durham, and Concordia Transitional Care & Rehabilitation, Elizabeth City. The Durham and Henderson facilities are in central North Carolina in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Metropolitan Area. Elizabeth City is in northeast North Carolina, in the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News, VA-NC Metropolitan Area.

Healthcare Transactions Group conducted a highly selective and competitive confidential offering process.  The buyer was a New Jersey-based nursing home owner and operator, with existing skilled nursing facilities in North Carolina and in other southeastern states.  The final offer accepted exceeded the asking price.
