Healthcare Transactions Group conducted a selective and confidential offering process, on behalf of the seller, a multistate skilled nursing facility operator. The seller had invested over $6.1 million to thoroughly renovate, improve and expand the physical plant and building systems, particularly an extensive modernization and refurbishment of the facility interior and patient care areas. The buyer was a growing Maryland skilled nursing facility operator based in New Jersey.
